By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes tickets, vendor spaces, and sponsorships. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. A.I.-Generated Art is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at SCI-FI HORROR FEST.
* This includes creating, selling, buying, trading, or displaying A.I.-generated artwork.
* Any individual found engaging in such activities will be immediately removed from the event and indefinitely banned from all current and future SCI-FI HORROR FEST events.
* Reminder: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. NO GAMBLING OR GAMES OF CHANCE of any kind are permitted.
* Any vendor found operating a gambling-related game will be immediately removed from the event and banned from vending, sponsoring, or attending any future SCI-FI HORROR FEST events.
* Reminder: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All sales are final. By purchase/use of the ticket, you consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event. By purchase/use of the ticket, you agree, that you will not transmit or aid in transmitting any recording, description, account, picture, or reproduction of talks where the speaker or staff explicitly asks you not to. The buyer acknowledges that, though all announced celebrity guests are confirmed, celebrity guests are subject to cancellation due to professional and personal obligations. Seating at panels, screenings, and events as well as meeting specific celebrities are not guaranteed and are first come first serve. By purchase/use of the ticket, you agree to adhere to venue and event rules or regulations that apply. Violation of rules or regulations can result in removal from the event and revocation of the ticket without the refund of any portion of the ticket price. If the event is postponed due to public health concerns, your ticket will be redeemable for the rescheduled dates. The venue that hosts SCI-FI HORROR FEST events serves alcohol, it is the responsibility of the venue staff selling/serving to check ID. Any attendee under the legal age requirements will be denied alcohol.
SCI-FI HORROR FEST, at its sole discretion, retains the right to expel individuals who, in its judgment, don disrepsectful attire or engage in misconduct and/or disrepect towards attendees, staff, vendors, guests, or affiliates, without the obligation to provide a refund.
Refund Policy
All admission tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
YOUR General admission ticket(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
SCI-FI HORROR FEST VENDOR SPACE, EVENT TICKET, AND CELEBRITY PHOTO OP RULES:
VENDOR SPACES-All vendor space sales are FINAL and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sharing Vendor Spaces is prohibited. NO refunds. NO exceptions.
EVENT TICKETS-All event ticket sales are FINAL and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
NO refunds. NO exceptions. You MUST have a ticket to enter the event.
CELEBRITY PHOTO OPS-All Celebrity Photo Op sales are FINAL and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO refunds. NO exceptions. Celebrity Photo Ops are NOT tickets into the event. In order to utilize a purchased photo op, you MUST have an event ticket to enter.
***ALL Vendor Spaces, Event Tickets, and Celebrity Photo Ops MUST be purchased from the SCI-FI HORROR FEST website. SCI-FI HORROR FEST will NOT honor any Vendor Space, EVENT Ticket, or Celebrity Photo Op purchased from a third party and are not responsible for any monies lost.***
